Craig worked in the family moving and storage business. The Conlee family moved everything - courthouses, libraries, millions of pounds of family heirlooms. He understands the stress of moving.
Graduating from Texas A&M into the ranching business, Craig learned the challenges of big corporate ranching and the stress of family run operations. Farm and ranch lands sales are right up his alley.
From ranching to restaurants, a six-year stint in the restaurant business gives Craig a unique eye for value in equipment and locations. He has engineered sales of several restaurants.
Craig learned the financial workings of business from a Bankers perspective. The oversight of a 45 million dollar loan portfolio at Republic Bank, gave him the confidence to start his own business.
In1985 Craig started a specialty food company and created the first spicy Bloody Mary mix (RED EYE - Texas Style Bloody Mary Mix). The after finding the love of his life; he sold the food business.
